The word “archetype” means a model or theme. Archetypes are something that people around the world immediately recognize because no matter what culture someone is from, archetypes share universal characteristics. Some of the common archetypes we think of are the hero or mother archetypes, but there are many different archetypes in our cultures. Archetypes are not only something that everyone can relate to in terms of actions and characteristics, but also people relate to them energetically or spiritually. This is what makes archetypes an exciting guide that will help you step up into your uniquely authentic power with money, and in other areas of your life.

The way I think of archetypes is they are a pattern of power within you that contains a complete set of stories, beliefs, motivation, fears, courage, and give you direction in making choices that help you live a life you love and help you step forward as a leader in your business or career.

Archetypes are considered the original language of human beings because they are symbolic. Even before we had our modern language, we used symbols to communicate and archetypes were a part of that symbolic language.

Even more fascinating is that archetypes represent patterns of behavior or ideas that are part of our “collective unconscious”. I really believe that as human beings throughout our planet, we are all part of the same fabric and that we’re all connected, just like threads woven together into this fabric. Archetypes speak to our deep, collective unconsciousness; which is why they are meaningful throughout the world and throughout every culture. The Nurturer is the Nurturer whether the person is from Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe or Australia.

So with that background, let’s dive into the assessment. It’s really simple and only takes about 8 minutes to complete.

When taking the assessment, use the rating scale listed at the top of the assessment to rate each statement on the assessment pages. Choose the rating that is truest for you. Be HONEST. Don’t try to game the assessment. Don’t answer the questions with an answer you WISH were true. Just be honest. If there is a question that used to be true but is no longer true, go ahead and give it a higher score because what you are scoring is the overall picture of your life, not just the most recent time frame. And don’t over think your answers to the assessment questions.
